Prepping my pizzas for the vegan potluck in Orlando tonight (Taken with instagram)
Sometimes I see people ask the dumbest questions to people’s Ask Box on Tumblr and I read it and think “have you ever heard of this thing called Google? It’s called Google. Google it”.
This is how I picture my future. But I’ll have more hair than that guy.

How long did you soak the cashews for before blending it? I tried this once and goofed it up somehow.
For probably nearly 3 hours. The longer the better I think. Having a good processor/blender helps. I used my Vitamix.
Cashew cream. It’s like a cheese sauce replacement. So simple. Soaked raw cashews blended with lemon juice and nutritional yeast. So delicious.
I’ve been absolutely killing it in the kitchen today. EAT MY FOOD AND BE MY FWEND.
Vegan pesto made with fresh basil from my backyard. Best pesto I’ve ever had.
Yes, I got the idea from a raw, vegan food truck called Open Source Organics (Facebook them) and I thought it was such a great idea. Only thing is you just get a big sheet of it and so it may or may not easily break into chip pieces (as opposed to just using individual kale leaves). So if you’re into perfect presentation, that is kind of annoying. You can just Google “make your own kale chips” and find a recipe for seasoning. Easy as pie. Wait, easier than pie.
Just tried my hand at making my own almond milk myself. It’s legit. It tastes so much more pure and delicious. And you get almond meal left over afterwards. Me likey.
Making kale chips in my dehydrator using the pulp leftover in my Breville after making a green juice. Genius idea.
